They call constantly then hang up randomly with only 2-3 rings. Annoying because I have 18th missed calls from them.

whoever it is I suggest never answering. They call us too and don't leave a message. Most of these calls you don't know are spam, scams, garbage. Probably raising money for charity that will never get the money, claiming to be State Police Union or a phony cancer society NOT American Cancer Society, or a company claiming to sell discounted electric or whatever the scam of the day is.
You won a trip! They will install a free alarm in your home! There is no free trip and no free lunch in life.
I say don't answer and let the people who do this for a living rot on the other end of the line.
I can not believe they are still using the State Police racket.. I called our local barracks and they said they never ask for money.. Then got another phone call for the Firemans fund.. Funny thing I recognized the guys voice from the other call.. Southern and kinda deep.. He seems to be making the rounds again.. If you happen to pick up the phone, by mistake, tell them you only donate money to your local charities, hopefully that will shut them up.. BTW I have had this number for less than a month and was getting all these calls within a few days.. Should have gotten an unlisted number..
