I have been harassed for months from these people, claiming I had a loan from them many years ago and they are determined to get the loan PLUS interest back and demanded I use my check by phone or Card right NOW, I KNOW I HAVE NEVER HAD A LOAN WITH THEM! They claim to be from Bank Of America then switched and said Chase bank but I NEVER GOT A LOAN WITH EITHER BANK! When my wife would ask who it was calling they would mumble their name and talk in a foreign accent and was really rude telling her to ind her own business and they were calling on HER phone! When We called them out about never having a loan OR account with either bank and having proof of it they became very irritated, they told me they were putting it on my credit, I told them to go ahead! When I told them I had them on audio and threaten to turn them in to authorities it changed everything and they were quick like to apologize and hang up on me.

Called me about a PHONY balance of $4471 with Chase Bank. My balance is $968.17 and it is NOT in collections. They offered me 70% off to pay now. BEWARE!! Slurred name, bank is all I could make out...
These people are incredibly rude. Told me I owed over $1,000 from a loan in 2011 and when I called him out for being a fake he got really agitated so I hung up. Scam.
