At this point, with so many warnings on the nightly news & with so much info out here on the internet, these types of "scare scams" have pretty much become obsolete -- However, you still have a few out there. These crooks call themselves "Corporate Litigation" -- Original name, huh? It's the same spiel as always -- They call you & hit you with some personal info & a bunch of legalese, trying to convince you that there is a pending legal matter against you regarding some loan or debt from ages ago...It's all a bunch of BS. Apparently this "Susan Smith" is the only attorney they have, as we were given the same name as a contact LMAO. Also spoke with an "Investigator Cheyanne Taylor" who got so flustered with my many questions that she wound up calling me an idot & hanging up on me-- Not very professional for a big litigation firm LMAO. I would hope at this stage in the game, most of us are pretty well versed in how these scammers operate.....
Left a voice mail say they were calling regarding a legal mater didnt asm for anyone hear we go again with these scamers not calling back and blocking the number
Got a call from this number, Same thing, regarding legal issue.. I got this same call about 4 months ago. I contacted them and then called the BBB. They told me that if this was legit, they would have sent me something in the mail first When I called them back and send me the information about the cash advance they said they did. I said well I didn't receive it. said they would mail it again Never received.. Haven't heard from them again until now.
I receiver a phone call from someone named Susan Smith and when I told them they were in violation of the fair debt collection act and violation of federal law theyscreamed at me and hung up. I called back and they blocked my number
This number just called my husbands phone looking for me, he told them he doesnt know me. So i called the number back blocked and they asked for my number, i gave it to them, nothing came up under my number or my husbands. Never once did the lady tell me what it was about but she did say the companies name was CORPORATE LITIGATION.
