Got a similar Robo call and followed the prompts... claiming to want my business phone to claim my Google plus listing, when i told the guy i did not have a business he got pissed and said that I should have told him that in the beginning, Yes, he got upset that i was wasting his time... It happens that i work in the online industry - Not for Google- but my company works with them closely, when I told him that he hung up on me, almost before I got he words out of my mouth...
Bottom line this is some one trolling for business listings to build a list of business #s to sell to telemarketers... I would venture to guess that this has no connection to google
Robocall from a Google+ "Specialist" named "Kate" telling me that I should claim my business listing. Has called me several times a week, so this time I stayed on the line and demanded that the operator take me off their list. The person hung up on me.
