Got a call from this number I didn't recognize.  They left no message, so when I called it back it "You have reached a number that is no longer in service"  BLOCK

didn't answer, but when I called back , got message your number can not be completed as dialed.
people got nothing better to do.

You mean like calling back unknown numbers? Expect more now that you've done that.

Was expecting a call from a service technician. Not knowing his number I answered the phone when this number came up. It was a recorded message saying it was an urgent public service announcement regarding my public utility bill. Hung up and didn't listen to the rest.
