Robo call saying this is member card services. this is your final notice on reducing your credit card rate as little as 6% and you must owe $3000 on your credit card. Call now before we close the file on your annual rate. Same scam new number.
These idiots have been calling here, too, but I never press 1. I know from past experience that only makes it worse. Identical calls are being placed to our home from 949-241-6589, so they obviously have several lines operating at once. This happened about a year ago, only it was for extended auto warranties. Duh...both of our cars were already under factory warranty, so it didn't take a rocket scientist to deduce that the calls were fraudulent and illegal. I was able to find the company responsible, which was based in Florida, and I drove them nuts with calls of my own, as well as reporting them to the authorities. Once enough people become involved, the real identities of these folks will be revealed, and we can turn the tables on them. Don't talk to them, though. It's what they want.
This is the office and warehouse of a trust. Obviously ther are no crdit cards here. We do however collect money owed to the trust and will try to collect from this caller when they call again.
