Who called from 2036040591

Get at least 3 or 4 calls a day!! Number is blocked, only rings once, but is still annoying,  What good is "Do not CAll" if these still get through?  Maybe there is hope since they got rid of "Rachel" from that bogus credit card co.  Why can't these calls be reported to the Atty. Gen?  Sick of it!!!

Over a few days, received calls from this number with no message given.  Very annoying!!

I keep getting calls of this number and a few others. I don"t answer if I don't know the number or have some ideas of who it is.

Message began, "If you are a Senior Citizen..."
Hung right up.

Caller ID "out of area"

Calls persisted even after I requested "no call." (I'd pressed 1 or something to get a person.) Robocalls always are from crooks.
