Every day recently I receive one or more calls from 203-316-3795. However, the caller never leaves a message, only allowing the phone to ring until my answering machine picks up the call. Reverse phone number look-up only advises me the phone service is based in Danbury CT and is provided by Global Crossings. Since this happens repeatedly, isn't this a form of harassment?
