I am a new Credit One Customer.  I never received my first statement.  203-643-5061 is a legitimate number.  They will call you many times a day if you are behind on a payment.  You can call their toll-free number to pay your bill at 1-877-825-3242.  I called the number, discovered my first payment was due in September.
