203-649-1212 calls twice a day no mess called back they said first national collection agency asked them for address they hung up

First National Collection Agency... What is the location.  Their 800 number is blocked and now they are using their 203 area code.

Very annoying every few minutes getting a phone call and not knowing who it is!

multiple calls on my cell from 203=649-1212.
I have no outstanding past debt.
How do I sue them?

they call and do not leave a message, who are they?
