Who called from 2036594843

The individual does not respond when I say hello

They call multiple times a day from 2 different numbers: 203-659-4643 out of CT  and 610-874-5000 out of CA. Never leave a message, but caller id said PHRG.

Pushed me on phone to have wife home, when they visited, told them no !
Goofed up appt. For next day last Friday !

Telemarketer for replacement windows.
What makes no sense, why call let the phone ring only once, hang up, and not leave a message.
If you're trying to sell something, what loser designed this business model?
DUH !!

Power home group, they came over, set appt., messed up appt. Time, called me, called them, told them NOT to visit us, selling windows !    ughhh
