As of 10/2/12 this number is being utilized for a rental scam, where they steal info from legitimate postings, then repost the listing in new rental forums with dramatically lowered prices to entice victims.

This person is slick. Reels you in with personal information of the last renter in the house listed. Sooo personal that they want your personal information of your self and family.  Biggest mistake I did. Didnt give any social security number or anything in reference to money or credit or such. But my mistake was talking about my family having high morals information and background info about our jobs and childrens jobs. Showing responsiblity. I was completely stupid. I'm usually the person to research before I email family information but I didn't . Just didn't think. This information is from CT and speak of wife works for Joyce Myers and daughter in college. What this person does is scam the personal information to use to lower you in. Well I will tell you if any of YOU see ANY THING about POLICE DEPT in Anne Arundel County MD. That would be the next family used. AND A SCAM!  The last person also worked for the police dept and used the renters true name.  I looked up the address and found the actual owner and has a phone number listed. I called the owner up and he said YES this isn't the first time that person hasn't used my rental information. I am taking this information to the NEWS. This has to stop. So who ever you are behind this scam...I WILL do my best to NAIL YOUR BUTT.  I'm ticked that you got me good  but I'm not that stupid to NOT FIND YOU.  Working for the POLICE helps.Having children work for Nasa helps find your address. You may have some small information . But now its my turn to GET YOU BACK!  Please check Real Property search and check to match the owner with the name of the home.  It's absolutely important. Check Trulia.com and Zillow.com for the owners phone number.  And call them as I did and let them know.
