The process seems to be "Hi, is Kenneth there?" at which point you reply "You have the wrong number" as your name isn't Kenneth. (Unless of course it is, in which case, you should still just hang up.) They then ask if they can speak to someone else, presumably with the intention of getting you to say the word "yes". They then explain they're a breast cancer charity and want to mail you information and solicit a $15 donation. However, they will not mail the information unless you explicitly agree to commit to sending money first. Essentially, they then take the recording of you saying "yes" out of context, and then bill you for the $15, and if you try to dispute it, they throw back an edited recording of you saying explicitly "yes" to their donation request. In all circumstances, if you receive a call from a number you don't know, hang up, or simply don't answer.
