They called my cell phone this morning which is on a no call list. My husband answered, some guy asked him a questions, he said yes.. I hope it's not the scam they just announced on tv & internet, where someone uses your "yes" to confirm charges and bank transfers.
I don't let it go to voicemail because I do not want these idiots knowing what my voice sounds like. They might try to use my voice recording, distort it somehow against me and use it to open bank accounts whatever else. It's so annoying
Caller hangs up with no message. Same caller 2hrs. later, I answer "Who is this"? A young female with a Non NE accent asked "is this your Number? I answered " YOU called me, remember". Then I hung up. Please, NEVER answer or say YES. Saying YES is equivalent to giving your signature on a document.
The Govt. will never change this law because of the lobbying money they receive.
I have gotten several waste of time calls from these idiots. Same set of numbers: 203-666- but the last four change every so often probably cause they have not gotten a response from me. They usually are 4849, 4843, 4693. I do not talk to them just pick up then hang up. It is very annoying and it's obviously a scam. Idiots.
