The number was not clear if it was area 202 or 203.  They called at 12:25 A.M. and woke me out of a sound sleep. Offer was for a government grant.  At that hour of the middle of the night I would like to turn them in.  It was a recorded call.

The warning says not to use offensive words.  You're lucky I didn't type what I was thinking.
