I have rec'd several phone calls from this number and either no one answers or I miss the call. When I try to call back I get a busy signal or no answer. Once, I got thru and the party hung up. It's all so confusing. Can anyone tell me who makes these calls and why?
I have gotten several calls from this number. If someone anwers, they hang up. When I call right back, noone answers. Who is this and why are they calling me? Doesn't matter what time of day it is either; same thing happens.
