Who called from 2037024612

I got a call from (203) 702-4612 tonight on my cell.  When I said hello the second time, they said goodbye and hung up.  I called it back & recording says it's not assigned yet.  Does anyone know who this number is for sure?  I got a cell phone to stop the annoying calls I received on my home phone!!!

Received call and no message left.  Called back and message states the number is not assigned yet.

Same here.  Got a call from 203 792 4612 from someone with a thick accent.  Eventually tried asking for name, etc. and I hung up.  Sounds like a scam.

Thick accent...something about Merchant Services.  I'm turning them in to the Texas No Call List.  Suggest everyone does the same.
