Buy a good call blocker then block the area code. Comes up CT Cell Phone.

Selling solar panels (again).  Been receiving a ton of these calls with the same phone number but with different area codes almost daily now.

India ignores our Do Not Call Registry for those who gripe about having signed up for the DNC and are getting bombarded by these kinds of calls.  That's where all these calls originate, using spoofed numbers.  If you try to call back, you either get one of those "number is not in service" messages, or a "your call is very important to us... please stay on the line and the next available representative..."  In the latter, you're essentially put on hold for a couple minutes before being disconnected.

Caller ID just says "cell phone CT". No one there when I picked up after my answering machine stopped the greeting.
