Who called from 2037590681

This number calls repeatedly despite the fact that I have told them for over a year that A). I'm on the "Do Not Call List, and B). I have request at least 4 times that they remove my number from their list and stop calling me.
This is now harrassment.
It is the Kirby Co in Waterbury, ct

203-759-0681 -- they call me on a daily basis...says Unknown name and number.

I am also on the do not call list and since I have joined Optimum Voice I have tons of solicitors calling.
