called and hung up like a wimp when i picked up. only someone who has no ethics or morals or is up to no good does this crap. just before 9 p.m. some people go to bed around this time, too. this is sooo rude. there needs to be a crackdown on this damn behavior and i just may lead the charge, big time. i'm sick and tired of being interrupted by the phone while doing much more important things.
