Second call from robo company about solar panels, like screwing with them.

I'm listed on the NO CALL list. Why is this caller sneaking through?

Putting a claim in against people who call you does nothing.  They still keep calling and calling - it's like how did you get a number that is not listed and isn't given out to anyone.  Government doesn't give a crap cause nothing ever gets done.
