Asked for "Mary". Told him Mary retired a year ago and closed her practice. He asked for the new owner. I told him she permanently closed her (medical) practice and there was no new owner. He wanted to know how he could reach her. I asked him "Why" His answer was "I don't know"!! I said, well alright, and I hung up on him. What a waste of my time!
He asked for boss by name and said he was returning his call. I asked for his name and company and he would not give it to me, I told him by policy I would not forward the call without a name and a company, in a very rude tone he said PFG Adam, I asked my boss if he was expecting a call return from this person, he did NOT know who he was, the caller had hung up before I was able to pick the line back up.
