Called and rang once, so I went straight to the internet to trace the number. Don't be naive thinking you signed up for something or clicked on the wrong thing. Clicking on something isn't going to pass your Cell# around the internet. It's SCAMMERS. They get your CELL# and PHONE#'s through HACKING and ILLEGAL means.
