A man with a thick Indian accent left me a voicemail of "Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello? Hello?"

Called my cell phone, 1236 hours, EST - I didn't answer, no message left.

This number called my cell. It refused to go to voice mail, so I answered it. When I answered, first silence, like I was on hold. Then there was a lot of background noise, including a man in the background yelling in a language I couldn't identify. The person on the other end said hello a few times and when I asked who this was, he hung up on me. This seems shady all the way around.
