I called this # from my work line and it's a call center for rewards websites. not sure which ones, but I did recently join the rewards thing on the weather channel app. But if you call the #, you can press 1 to 'claim' a rewards cards or press 2 to be added to their do not call list. probably not a scam but probably trying to get more of your info or for you to buy something.
Seems like everybody is getting hangup calls... I returned the call and got the same message about rewards. Could be they can only scam you if you initiate the call.
Received a call from this number at 11:36 last night. It's a land line as far as I could search without spending globs of money and handing over my credit card info to the search site. The carrier is AT&T.
