if you have had any loans in your pass or present they are looking for their pay back they offer you a payment plan they try to talk to you as if they will send you to jail but they wont they just say whatever to try to get you to make your payment i have talked to that guy before its not really a big thing to worry about if they call again just pretend like your gonna pay them give them dont give them any real information or just change your phonenumber so they can no longer call you.
Got calls from various numbers but always looking for the same person who I never know. Before it's always machine calling and now getting to real people....I happened to pick up the phone one time and told them it's not the person they are looking for. The woman threatened me saying I better to cooperate with them and want to know that how long did I own the phone, was I sure that I don't know the person..blah blah blah....feeling kind of trying to get my own information. I just hung up and reported to the police but police said it's just spam and ignored it. I have collected 3~4 phone numbers from the same groups and kept blocked them. Seems there's no other better way to prevent it. :(
This is Fraud.... It is people trying to play off your info to get your bank account numbers.... This is not about old debt or your credit history... These are people who are pretending to be someone else to get more information about you and where you live and work.... Do not confirm and info about yourself or give them new info.... BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!
