This woman, Margaret (?) said she was calling to do a survey of my recent call with BCBS. She knew the date & time of the call, but I remember taking an automated survey for them. It ask if you want to participate, press one and occurs immediately after the call. I could be wrong, but this was off-putting. Since I was hesitant she offered to put my name on their "do not call" list for future surveys and ended the call.
Called at 9:45pm and woke me up, asked to do a survey for BCBS call I made earlier this week. It didn't seem very professional so I hung up before she could get much more info out.
It's 5/17/17 & I just received a call at 7:22 pm (central-standard) on my cell that showed up "Alabama", but nothing more. I took a chance & answered, but when I said hello (the 2nd time) they just hung-up. That was it. I never heard any noises or anything. I (like everyone else on here) had spoken to BC/BS this week.
