got a call from this number did not answer due to the fact that their facts are wrong and i have repeatedly proven this to them and even told them to stop harassing me. If I remember right harassment is against the law the last time I checked and when someone says put me on your do not call list you have to do so

called & let voice msg. said they were debt collector & this was my final notice, I had not heard from them before so I guess they will have to call me a few more times & leave me a message. Was from Alabaster, AL. Alabaster must be a haven for these sorts of calls.
I actually received a letter in the mail from this company... Account Resolution Services....it is from a medical bill that I did not pay. So, I think they may be a valid debt collector.
I would suggest they get another clear speaking individual to do their phone work and study the fair debt collection act line by line before they attempt to call me again. I can smell class action law suite already. The key to power is knowledge.
