I first got a bill on my credit card for 29.95 and looked up the phone number. I have no idea what this number is representative of company or otherwise. I called twice, but all it has is an automatic teller telling me if I would like a refund please spell the name I used for the registration. I don't even know what this company is, it doesn't tell me. The date it says I had the transaction says I used it on the 20th of January, which is impossible because my power has been out for three days, starting on thursday, January 19th. Can you please help me figure this out?

That is the same date that I was charged. I have desputed the charge and canceled my CC. Please post if you learn anything more regarding this transaction.
