I got a phone call identical to the report listed above from MadRat. I too called these people and they tried to get me to make a payment over the phone on a payday loan they claim to be collecting on. I called the BBB and found out that there are fake debt collectors out. so beware and don't pay them anything. they are to inform you by certified mail if they are legitimate.
Got a phone call from this number. Caller ID reads as Noorbakhsh, M. lady called my cell and land line. Left a long message. Basically stating she was a process server, and she was coming out to the house to serve me papers. Asked to speak to an Ivan. No Ivan here. Gave me a phone number of 888-386-8071 to call back with a case number of A16286G. So I called that number. I wanted to know who these folks were. They said they were a pre-litigation firm, but would not give me their name. Pre-litigation? Sounds like a scam to me. You either get sued or you don't. Sounds like they are trying to pull a fast one. I guess we will find out more come Monday when this person show up to my house. I will be waiting, with the police. should be interesting.

same as previous 2 posters, very intimidating message left on my voicemail about papers being served. Good thing I'm 100% confident I have nothing out there that could possibly deserve being served. They also used the wrong last name. Monica Williams was the caller, no company name given. How do people look themselves in the mirror at the end of the day?
