This caller called trying to get me to send him money western union, and said when I did I would receive 9,000.00 and then I said no and hung up he called me back 10 times saying he would bring the money straight to my house like,a,creep...this,is a scam hello

This person is running a scam.  He wanted me to send him $250. I asked him who the [***] do you think is going to give you money?  I said, I dint know you from Adam's house cat.

I hung up.

He called me back about 7-10 times.

I answered several time:  I said it did not work, [***] off, get over it, it did not work.

Same crap. $9,000.00 grant scheming [***]. would love to talk to this being face to face

He's already called me about 5 times! How do they get our number? UGH!
