its that dam google, But I did call block on them, I think that is the only number that they have

They've called 26 times (I kept count) in the last 2 months.  My phone will only block 30 numbers, but they are permanently blocked.

I have over 200 numbers blocked. All telemarketers or robo calls. These Google impersonators have unlimited numbers. I even called and talked to a Real Google person one time but they too are impotent to stop the abuse.
