They asked for me by name. (I'd seen this ID pop up earlier today but didn't answer it.) I said "I'm not your customer, why are you calling?!" and she said that's okay thanks, and hung up.
We don't have caller ID here but they hang up each time they call. It's very irritating because I'm a receptionist with multiple lines to answer and I usually have to put a CUSTOMER on hold so I can have the pleasure of being hung up on. I wish we could file a lawsuit against them for lost business while their stupid computer plays with the phones. I am grateful for the above comment! I will NEVER do business with Compass Bank as a result!
Compass Bank, calling AGAIN. They won't take us off their calling list. They call at all hours. They are extremely rude. We will *never* do business with Compass Bank.
