Since March of this year, I can practically mark my calendar -- every three days, I get a call from this number. At first I let it go to voice mail, and after what are obviously robo-messages from someone who sounds like she's Shaniqua from the 'Hood, I started blocking the number altogether. Caller I.D. says "Smith Hampton Trey Attorney", but what legitimate attorney calls every three days, including Sundays and a holiday weekend, and leaves nothing but RECORDED messages saying "this is an attempt to collect a debt"?

The "debt", BTW, is so old, it's outside the Statute of Limitations for the state I'm in and THIS place is supposed to be LOCAL, so you'd THINK they'd know the local statutes. I hate to lump all attorneys together, but these are lower than pond scum. Pond scum would be an improvement for them.
