They called my office asking for an ex employee.  The problem is they are too lazy to call. Instead they have a computer do  it.   I have information for them but refuse because of their attitude.   Also to the people that believe in reporting to BBB might want to check out  who the BBB works for.  Companies pay them money to carry the sticker.  Do yo honestly think they will throw a customer under the bus because you ( a non revenue generating complainer) are not happy.  Go to BBB and search AMSHER ( who the caller is) and seee what you think.   Then go to Amser's website and read the B.S. posted there.   They are scumbags
