The person who called from 205-253-0395 (Birmingham AL) had a very disctinct accent - possibly from india or a person of arab decent. They called pretending to be a rep from Mircosoft - and claimed that they were calling about my home computer. I asked which computer, and they said "your home computer". Then they said that they were calling because I've supposedly downloaded some viruses or something on my computer "with the help of the internet" so they were going to help me "fix it." And they kept repeating that they were from Microsoft. I then said, "what is your email address?" And they hung up.
Received call from 205-253-0395, person with heavy accent (possibly india) asked specifically for me and then stated was from Microsoft and that for several days now they had been receivig messages from my computer. I stated, that computer isn't nor it been turned on for several days. He indicated I would need to let him tell me how to correct these errors. I stated I would have someone look at my computer & Hung up.
