I got a call from a foreign person claiming to be from an attorney's office. I could not understand him very well. Said his name was Adam or something. He had my SS#, home address & work address. Claimed that I was being sued and that he was sending my info to my county attorney's office & the US Marshall was going to come & serve me with papers. Said if I did not take care of the matter than he wishes me good luck. He called my work too and left the same message. I did look into payday loans and entered my info online. Did not get one I decided not to do it after all. I'm sure that's how he got my info. MAJOR SCAM, I just don't know how to make him stop! If you know how please post it.
Called me 11/17/2013 and said I was being sued for a payday loan of $155 that was due 11/15/2013. Said if I didn't pay police will be at my house to arrest me. Checkngo compromised my information. I will never do business with them again
