A "Lisa Fernandez" and "Dennis Clark" called from phone number 601-990-9565 and number 205-255-3792 and convinced the victim to put money onto Green Dot cards, due to Federal Banking fines and money he owed reference to an old loan with American Cash Lending and / or U.S. Financial Lending. Also, an Officer Holloway called him from "911" (per the caller I.D.) and told him he would soon be arrested, if he did not make the payment.
