Who called from 2052581017

They call & never leave a message. The number is from Clanton, Al. I'm not sure if it's collection agency or sales. When calling them back, they don't answer but have a recording saying, "you've reached 2052581710

This is most likely an Indian debt scammer.   This is based on other calls on 800notes with similar phone numbers.  Watch out.  They pretend to be police and threaten you with arrest and all sorts of other garbage.  Ignore them, if you talk to them, tell 'em you now it's a scam.

General Rule:   If you get a call from someone with an Indian accent threatening you or offering you something you know it's a scam.

Also if you get calls from someone claiming to be an attorney who threatens you, accent or not, you can be sure it's a scam.

They called my company provided work cell phone, which I have never given out for anything except directly related to work issues, claiming to be from Direct Buy about a coupon.  He had a foreign accent.  I'm guessing he is either a scammer or telemarketer.  I don't know how he got this number.

Called no message - blocking

Thick accent. Claimed that I filled out an application for coupons at Direct Buy. Told me I won a choice of free prizes. He started listing off supposed prizes & I told him I'm not interested & hung up. Seemed very scammy to me.
