Keeps calling me saying im being investigated i do have payday. Loans out there but i feel this is a scam

I received the same call today tellin me I owed debts and he was gonna send somebody to my house to arrest me and I would be in jail for 90 days if I didn't come up with 1,397 today. He can f.... Off. SCAM

just received another call I am not answering this.  I will report the number to the FTC I finally understood the name left on my voicemail Leo Fernandez. Didn't get the company and he said the same thing over again.
