Who called from 2052588128

I was called several times did  not answer because one time I did answer and was told they calling fo a client.

Made a machine noise when answered. So I hung up.

This call was from "WCA Subscriber Services".  I haven't subscribed to anything and I'm also on the do not call list.  I went to their website to send an email.  There is a form to fill out with name, phone number, email address, and comments but NO button to send the email!

Got a call to my cell phone, and my number is on the national do not call registry. I tried to file a complaint on https://www.donotcall.gov, but it said that it was unable to report because the number had not been in existence for more than 31 days. I didn't answer because I'm not wasting my minutes on spam, and they didn't leave a message. I want stop receiving calls from this number.

maybe you could try repoting to the ftc. i get the calls too but i usually ignore them
