This is a company named Nexcheck. They will harrass you to no end. I noticed they will call with other numbers as well. I noticed another posting that referenced this number. They called me today 12 times. I finally spoke to them and reminded them that I am filing for bankruptcy and they need to speak to my attorney. They have refused. I told them to only contact me via US Mail and they claimed they did. I never received anything. They said they do not need to speak to my attorney, they will only speak to me. I told them the law states once I obtain council, they need to speak to him NOT me. This company does not care. All will be well though, my attorney is now going to sue them.

By the way, I am filing a civil complaint against the company myself for harrassment.
