Guy calls saying his name is Daniel Baker and he needs to verify my idenity. I refused to give him any information. He got mad started yelling and said someone would be at my house in an hour and hung up.
Called saying he needed to verify my location so he could serve me with sealed legal documents. When I asked him what company he was with and where he was located he said interstate location services and claimed to be from Ohio. When I told him that his number on caller is was an Alabama area code he hung up.

Someone named Daniel Baker from Interstate Location Services, with caller ID of Guardian Import 205-267-1757 called. Demanded to know a Valencia Judge or Valencia Davis. In violation of the Federal law called, the Fair Debit Collection Practices Act, and other communications regulation regarding businesses, he refused to identify his company. He disconnected the call the first time, saying "enjoy your call" angrily.
Call the number, and you receive a message "At the subscriber's request, this number does not accept incoming calls. Message W028"
He called again 10 minutes later. He angrily raised his voice with me, when I demanded his company name, and he provided it. Then I demanded his mailing address for a cease and desist letter. He denied me that right, kept talking over me and demanding, insinuating I'm hiding a person he is looking for. I told him until he provides a mailing address, he will get zero information from me, but I will be turning this over to the authorities.
I followed up on this, and I am advised by a lawyer that it is wise to go to the DA (District Attorney) to protect myself, and to advise them that I was told by a lawyer to do so. The ideal situation would be to get a trace. If this guy calls again, it would probably fall under telephonic harassment, because it's pretty clear that this is unwanted.
