It's a collection agency called Portfolio Recovery.  Put them on your call rejection list.

How on the cell and home phone

Received call from above phone number from Alabama on my T-mobile phone.  They Did Not leave a message.  Is this some type of scam or what?  Didn't recognize the phone # so I didn't answer it.  I see is it commonly used to call individuals per internet search.  When in doubt DO NOT ANSWER as it is probably a scam.
