If you answer these unknown calls or return a call to their #, you've establishd a "relationship" with the company calling which gives them a way AROUND the DNCR...they can also SELL your # to other telemarketers.
I called the number back about 35-45 minutes after they called and received an automated message which said; "the survey you were called about has now ended" sounds like a scam.
