This number called my cell phone and didn't leave a message. I phoned it back, the caller said hello this is carol. I hung up immediately, i'm referencing this as a scam phone call, or unwanted phone solicitation.
I missed this call to my landline phone. I called back and the woman answered the phone claimed to be Carol. She mentioned health care insurance has gone down in my state. I hung up. Sounds like a scam to me.
