Was receiving calls from this cell phone number for the past year now off and on. So I have tried adding to block list for a few months. After removing the block feature from my phone, I continued to still receive calls. I finally just today paid the hefty fee and changed my number. The person calling was speaking in Spanish I think so was not able to understand if it was threat or prank calls.
