We receive several calls a day from this number even on Sundays. Who are they? Got a call yesterday(9-30)

I constantly get calls from this number-they never speak but call constantly

MULTIPLE CALLS EVERY MONTH BUT HANGS UP WHEN YOU SAY HELLO

Yes, they have been calling the house multiple times a week and when I pick-up they hang-up. Today when they called someone was on the other end - they are looking for donations for Emergency Medical People.. I told him I was not able to donate...as soon as I said that he disconnected the call while I was still talking to him.
