The caller paused a long time before speaking and called me by name. Says he represents a death benefit fund for Law Enforcement. He said a donation packet would be sent out with instructions for how to donate.
This man has been calling my home. One night my mother answered and they hung up on her. Last night I answered, all I said was "Hello" and they told me they were going to make my f-ing head spin?? Called Sheriff and they traced it to POA out of Birmingham stationed in Georgia.
The caller does not seem to care at all that we wish for him to STOP calling our home. Sometimes he speaks, sometimes he says nothing and then eventually hangs up. There should be something to do about such blatant disrespect when it has been explained that we do not wish to contribute and wish for him to stop calling.
someone from this number called me 2 days ago and started thanking me for past donations to the SHERIFFS WIDOW FUND or something close to that...i interupted him and said i was sorry but i had lost my husband 2 years ago and i was disabled.....he interupted me to say they had a smaller donation amount of $15.00...and again i interupted him repeating myself and also by this time i was getting upset trying to explain that I had NO income what so ever coming in therefore i couldnt help anymore......the SORRY EXCUSE FOR A MAN YELLED AT ME SAYING "OH LADY STOP WITH THE TEARS AND DRAMA ALREADY!" ... I almost come unglued.....but he just hung up on me!
How could someone act that way when they r suppose to be working for a organization. I just wish i knew how to report him!
