I got the same message and I called them back and they said Feb of 2009 also and I know this is false because they tried hitting me up earlier this year about 5 different numbers. All scams, I flat told her she better not ever call me back and I have no loan with them,
I got a robo-call on my work line which is strange as THEY obviously know my work # and my name. The robo-message said I had 24 hrs to respond OR dial 0 and I could handle the issue (totally unknown). So I did, I pushed 0 on my land line phone and waited through at least 20 rings before hanging up. No pickup, no message. Total nonsense!!!
After hours robo-greeter ID themselves as "Arrow Recovery Solutions". No idea where they are located. "Arrow Recovery" also calls from 626-202-1609, 205-332-3620, 210-202-0109, 218-216-8271, 877-731-6174

This Liberty Group appears to be part of a larger group operating in the US and in the Island of Nevis in the Caribbean. Or was operating a few years ago. They may have moved their operations out of the US. FTC and several states have taken action against this group .
My feeling is that this "Arrow" group is using a defunct or non-existent LLC as a phony creditor in order to scam people by asserting phony debts.
In any event, absolutely DO NOT pay or agree to pay ANYTHING to anyone who cold calls you and starts asserting a debt unless they have sent you a debt validation letter by US mail. E-mail no good.
Of course no debt scammer will do that so simply ignore and block the calls.
